ACCOUNT ACRONYM
2-3 uppercase letter abbreviation of clients’ business/org name for internal & external reference. You will see this term on all emails correspondence, any YogiPro prepared assets like estimates, documents, contracts and presentations.
CACHE
Here at YogiPro you might hear the term clear your cache, or empty your cache. This refers to resetting the browsing history on your search engine to show the most updated changes to your website. You can do this various ways and here is a helpful guide depending on your browser and device.
BUMP
Here at YogiPro, we have a system that rebounds email messages back into our inbox after a period of time if we don’t receive a response. We care a great deal about your project and want to do everything we can to keep things moving along with momentum. When we reply “bump”, it’s our way of sending a reminder in hopes to keep all balls airborne. In other words, Forward ho!

Part of this service is a customized monthly report that details all the work on your website. This report is sent on the 1st of each month for the prior month.
